{"id":7565,"date":"2025-10-19T14:02:16","date_gmt":"2025-10-19T14:02:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tanja24.com\/fr\/?p=7565"},"modified":"2025-10-19T14:02:17","modified_gmt":"2025-10-19T14:02:17","slug":"arma-quand-le-refus-du-dialogue-salit-limage-dun-service-public-a-tanger","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tanja24.com\/fr\/2025\/10\/19\/arma-quand-le-refus-du-dialogue-salit-limage-dun-service-public-a-tanger\/","title":{"rendered":"Arma : quand le refus du dialogue salit l\u2019image d\u2019un service public \u00e0 Tanger\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La situation au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 <em data-start=\"244\" data-end=\"250\">Arma<\/em>, charg\u00e9e de la gestion du secteur de la propret\u00e9 dans les arrondissements de Bni Makada et Moghogha \u00e0 Tanger, semble avoir atteint un point de blocage total, apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9rie d\u2019\u00e9changes infructueux entre le bureau syndical et la direction de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un communiqu\u00e9 officiel, le bureau syndical relevant de l\u2019Union marocaine du travail (UMT) a annonc\u00e9 l\u2019organisation de deux sit-in successifs durant la troisi\u00e8me semaine d\u2019octobre : le premier devant le palais municipal le lundi 20 octobre, et le second devant le si\u00e8ge de la direction de l&rsquo;entreprise le jeudi 23 octobre.<\/p>\n<p>Cette mobilisation syndicale intervient apr\u00e8s des mois de dialogue sans issue, en r\u00e9action \u00e0 la stagnation du dossier de l\u2019augmentation de 5 % du salaire de base tous les trois ans , une revendication que le syndicat consid\u00e8re comme un droit acquis ne devant plus \u00eatre remise en question.<\/p>\n<p>Le communiqu\u00e9 souligne que le bureau syndical a tout tent\u00e9 pour relancer le dialogue social, allant des r\u00e9unions officielles \u00e0 l\u2019Inspection du travail jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une rencontre directe avec le maire de la ville, sans qu\u2019aucune de ces d\u00e9marches ne permette d\u2019aboutir \u00e0 une issue satisfaisante.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il consid\u00e8re comme un manque de volont\u00e9 r\u00e9elle de la part de la direction, le syndicat a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de reprendre la mobilisation. Il rappelle aussi que l\u2019article 19 du Code du travail garantit aux employ\u00e9s la conservation de leurs acquis.<\/p>\n<p>Le plus inqui\u00e9tant est que cette crise touche l\u2019un des secteurs les plus sensibles de la ville : la collecte des d\u00e9chets dans les quartiers populaires de Bni Makada et Moghogha.
