Fahs-Anjra \u2013 Le ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 charg\u00e9 de l\u2019Investissement, de la Convergence et de l\u2019\u00c9valuation des politiques publiques, Karim Zidane, a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 samedi la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019installation de Mohamed Khalfaoui, nomm\u00e9 par Sa Majest\u00e9 le Roi Mohammed VI, que Dieu L\u2019assiste, en tant que gouverneur de la province de Fahs-Anjra.<\/p>\n

Dans son intervention, le ministre a soulign\u00e9 que cette nomination s\u2019inscrit dans un contexte national marqu\u00e9 par de vastes chantiers men\u00e9s sous l\u2019impulsion royale, rappelant les orientations du Discours du Tr\u00f4ne et du discours royal ouvrant la session parlementaire, qui appellent \u00e0 une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de programmes de d\u00e9veloppement territorial int\u00e9gr\u00e9s. Ces programmes visent \u00e0 renforcer la coh\u00e9sion du mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9veloppement, \u00e0 promouvoir la justice sociale et territoriale, et \u00e0 garantir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances pour tous les citoyens.\"\"<\/p>\n

M. Zidane a insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019un changement profond des m\u00e9thodes de travail, fond\u00e9 sur la culture du r\u00e9sultat, l\u2019usage des donn\u00e9es de terrain et le num\u00e9rique, pour assurer une mise en \u0153uvre rapide et efficace des projets. Il a \u00e9galement mis en avant les piliers d\u2019un d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et social \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, incluant l\u2019initiative, l\u2019investissement et l\u2019accompagnement des porteurs de projets.<\/p>\n

La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sence du wali de la r\u00e9gion Tanger\u2013T\u00e9touan\u2013Al Hoceima, Younes Tazi, ainsi que de responsables civils, militaires, s\u00e9curitaires et judiciaires, des \u00e9lus, des repr\u00e9sentants des services d\u00e9concentr\u00e9s et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile.<\/p>\n
